All products sold by Balkur Tekstil Ürünleri İç ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. are under the guarantee of manufacturer and importer companies. 

As Balkur Tekstil Ürünleri İç ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti., one of the our primary principles is to protect rights of our customers in respect of laws and satisfy them after the sale. Your dissatisfaction about the products you purchased, any problem about manufacturing and service will be evaluated carefully and solved as soon as possible.

You can find in the following the preconditions required to provide you with a better and quick service on the return of products; If any of them is deficient, then the return of product will not be accepted.

As basic rule, you can return the product, within 7 days as from the delivery date, with your invoice prepared by Balkur Tekstil Ürünleri İç ve Dış Tic. Ltd. Şti. and also a message including the reason why this product is returned.

- Please send your returned products with your invoice and a message including the reason why this product is returned.

- If invoice of the product to return is institutional, then it is required to send it an invoice of return prepared by the institution. Invoice of return should be issued without involving the shipping cost (unit price of product + VAT). Returns of the order of which invoice is issued in the name of institutions will not be completed if invoice of return is not issued.

General conditions of return are as the following;

- Products should be returned absolutely with original box or package.

- The return of products will not be accepted if original box/package is damaged (for example: products will not be accepted if cargo label is placed on original box and if they are strapped with cargo packaging tape), if product lost its feature of salability and if the product is in a poor condition that another customer will not buy it.

- You are supposed to send the product you want to return with the original invoice (all the copies you have) and a petition including the reasons to return.

- If the product/products you want to return is/are defective, then our company will bear shipping cost. In this case, you are supposed to send it by SÜRAT the courier company. In other cases, you will bear the shipping cost.

Non-returnable Products

As for the products cannot be returned due to their qualities (excluding a broken or defective product), it is not possible to return products that pose a health risk in use of anybody else after unwrapping (for example, products requiring contact with the body personally during usage, in-ear or supra aural earphones, milk pumps, etc.), disposable products, duplicable software and programs, products that get spoilt or expired.

Procedures of Return

- The received products are primarily examined by Return Department, and, if necessary, they are sent to the authorized service of product or the supplier company for testing. If it conforms to the conditions mentioned above, then process of return is started. Time of this process varies between 5 and 10 days.

- When your request to return is approved, our department of customer services will contact with you and then price of return will be transferred into your credit card if the order is placed by credit card or into your bank account, which you will inform us about the details, if an account of remittance is created. The price of return can be turned into a gift card if you wish.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

You can cancel the order you placed before your product is delivered to the courier. In order to cancel the orders not delivered to the courier, you can simply send an e-mail indicating your request to cancel to info@nazliceylan.com.

You can ask your questions on requests to cancel to our customer service representatives via the telephone number 0(344) 231 23 43 between the hours of 09:00-18:00 on weekdays.

Orders delivered to the courier cannot be cancelled. If you dispense with purchase of any product delivered to the courier, then you can return the products within the scope of “Terms of Return” mentioned above.
